Psychospiritual Therapy for Trauma Recovery, Self-Identity, and Healthier Relationships

Life can sometimes leave us carrying heavy emotional and spiritual burdens from past experiences. You may feel anxious, drained, or stuck, notice old patterns repeating in your life, or be experiencing emotional or spiritual challenges triggered by recent events. At times this can affect how you see yourself, your identity, and the way you relate to others.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore these experiences openly. Together we can work towards emotional and spiritual recovery, helping you restore balance, develop deeper self-understanding, and create healthier connections with yourself and the people around you.

How I Work

My core approach is psychodynamic counselling, which has its roots in psychoanalysis and focuses on the deeper, often subconscious aspects of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. As a psychodynamic therapist, I help clients explore how past experiences may be influencing their present life, relationships, and emotional responses.

By gently bringing these patterns into awareness, we can begin to understand them more clearly and support meaningful and lasting change.

While psychodynamic therapy forms the foundation of my work, I adapt my approach to suit each individual client. Depending on your needs, I may integrate other therapeutic methods, including:

  • Person-centred counselling

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Transactional Analysis

  • Mindfulness approaches

  • Inner child work

  • Spiritual and psychospiritual perspectives

  • Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT)

This flexible approach allows us to work in a way that feels supportive, relevant, and effective for you.

What I Can Help With

My work may support you if you are experiencing:

  • The effects of past trauma or difficult life experiences

  • Anxiety, stress, or low mood triggered by recent events

  • Emotional or spiritual overwhelm

  • Repeating patterns in relationships

  • Questions around identity, purpose, or self-understanding

  • Sensitivity to emotional or spiritual experiences

My Approach

I am committed to supporting you with sincerity, empathy, and integrity throughout your therapeutic journey. I will work alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and gentle challenge when needed.

Therapy can be a powerful process of self-discovery. Together we can explore what may be holding you back, help you reconnect with your inner strength, and empower you to move towards greater peace, self-understanding, and the life you hope to create.
