Spirit Releasement Therapy
My approach to Spirit Release Therapy is informed by
my training with David Furlong and the Spirit Release Forum, alongside my work in Parts Therapy. It is a gentle yet focused process that supports deep emotional, psychological and energetic healing.
At the heart of this work is the understanding that each person has an inner core, often described as the soul, core self, or psyche, that holds their life force and sense of self. Sometimes, due to life experiences or trauma, this connection can feel weakened or unsettled.
In our work together, I support you to reconnect with this core aspect of yourself and strengthen your internal sense of stability and presence. From here, we access a wider, guiding awareness (often referred to as the higher self), which can help bring clarity, insight and direction to the healing process.
Through a relaxed, meditative state, we gently explore and work with:
-
Parts of the self that may feel stuck, overwhelmed or rooted in past experiences.
-
Emotional patterns or inner conflicts that are ready to shift.
-
Energetic disturbances that may be impacting your well-being, this includes unhealed child parts, past-life aspects, external attachments, earthbound spirits, and other influences.
This process is always led at a pace that feels safe and respectful, supporting integration rather than overwhelm. It does not override your autonomy, but instead helps you access your own inner resources for healing and change.
A typical session includes:
-
Time to talk through current challenges.
-
Guided releasement in deep relaxed/altered state where you will connect with your higher self, soul parts, spirit guides and possibly loved ones.
-
Reflection and integration of the experience.
-
This work can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected, both within yourself and in your life more broadly.
Sessions are available in person, online, or by phone.
Fees: £60 per session
Optional: Remote clearing (£77) prior to sessions, if appropriate
